Terms and conditions :

1. Registering for the Congress is obligatory for every attendee, whether it be for the full 4 days or only 1 day (example, Saturday).

2. We must have the exact name of each attendee because a pass will be given to you when you first enter.

3. You must wear your pass to be allowed into the Congress, to the meals and on the public transport T2C in Clermont Ferrand.

4. All payments by check must be made out to: “Association de Génération de Jeunes pour Christ”

5. You will be officially registered for the GJC 2011 Congress as soon as we get your payment.

6. Our policy on cancellations: no refund.

7. Some activities have a restricted amount of places and others require a minimum number of participants. If the minimum number is not reached, you will be contacted by phone or by email and asked to pick another activity of your choice.
